It’s been seven years in the making, but Alderlea – considered the most significant heritage building in the entire city – is fully restored and ready for rent.

What followed was the transformation of the 145-year-old house, which sits overlooking Gage Park in downtown Brampton, back to its original splendor. What has been created is a stunning space, with a one-of-a-kind glassed-in pavilion. It was created as a “contemporary interpretation” of the home’s original conservatory.
